Dylan Novak played professional basketball in Overtime Elite and at the Division 1 college level at just 6-foot. His athleticism and vertical jump were key to competing at the highest level, and after years of figuring out what truly works to build explosiveness, he created this program to help athletes do the same. Dylan’s goal is to be the mentor he wished he had — breaking down proven techniques in a simple, easy-to-follow layout designed for maximum results.
